@John D. @Jonathan Pacilio @Avery Carl @Luke Carl
Let's meet up at 7 Monday night at Findley's in the Gaylord. This gives everyone a chance to drop by the cocktail party and still head to the after party downtown.
Looking forward to meeting everyone in person!

Hey Guys!
My husband, Scott and I, are pumped to be attending BP CON this year. Are any other STR forum followers planning to attend? This would be a great opportunity for us to meet in person. As many of you know, not only is @Avery Carl a speaker, but her real estate business is based in Nashville. She knows of a great spot that we can meet up. Please PM me if you are interested in getting together.
Hope to see you there!
P.S. I *heard* her husband @Luke Carl was buying the first round of drinks :-)

@Cheryl Vargas I too use Zinnus beds and frames. Guests adore them.

Hi Ken
Your response is unnecessarily harsh to a reasonable question which has generated a generally productive discussion. This forum is here to support and encourage current and future STR owners.

@Lucas Carl
After reading everyone’s responses I tend to agree with you. Not to mention the only pricing engine they work with is PriceLabs, so you have to maintain prices on their site. I am all about putting in as little time possible for max return.
OwnerRez is out the window.
