Jesse sorry you had a bad experience.  But you should try again.  Inwood, like other neighborhoods has had ups and downs, but it's a pretty good neighborhood these days. Honest.

Research shows that the filing fees are less in NV, than in NY or CT but unless I'm mistaken you still have to register in NY and CT even if LLC was created in NV.

So, this is  a good question.  Thanks for asking it.
