Hey Tucsonan's!

Not new to Real Estate Investing or Tucson, a Realtor® and Investor here in Tucson for 19 years.  I run a podcast called The Red Pill Investor Podcast to help wholesaling investors with their sales skills!

Sorry to hear you had that experience.

Speaking as a professional Investing Realtor® and Wholesaler (Yes.. I will proudly say that), It appears as though you did get involved with someone who was unprofessional at least..

If he does not perform under the terms of the contract, (i.e. fails to assign his interest to a end use buyer) then that is one thing.

His incessant interruptions by "inspectors" or "Partners" is nothing short of par for the course as taught by the typical wholesale gurus you find on the internet today.

I am a proud wholesaler because I do believe that you can act in honestly towards the Seller, as well as the End Use Buyer, and all parties involved.  I've done it for years, and teach others to do the same.

Shame you got caught up with someone who I hadn't trained yet.  I will keep trying harder!

Have a POWERFUL Sales Day!

Sick Of Overpriced, Worthless Courses?

Are you new to wholesaling?  Tired of bootcamps that teach you virtually nothing of real world skills, not to mention sticking you with an outrageous price?

Then don't worry, I have a great solution for you!  My name is Karl Krentzel, and if you've never heard of me, then that's okay!  I was the fellow who did the World's First Wholesale Deal LIVE on Periscope for the world to see...

More important than that, I run a podcast called "The Red Pill Investor" and it has over 480 episodes of powerful, free sales training specifically directed towards wholesaling investors and Realtors®.

Now, I've taken this next step with technology and Periscope and taken my smartphone inside REAL appointments, and brought you inside the deal as it happened!

Now I would be remiss if I didn't tell you how to get there, or what to do once you got to that point!

So I developed a course called "The Prospecting Academy!" to help you generate leads, convert them, and of course price, generate buyers, contract, and sell them!

What Makes This Course Different

What's unique about this course, and quite frankly, UNLIKE anything out on the market today is that you see me ACTUALLY doing it, and you get to see the ACTUAL customers while it goes on.

If I had this kind of information when I was a newer wholesaler or a newer Realtor®, I can't imagine the time that it would have saved me over the years.  So I encourage you to check out The Prospecting Academy!

It's only $197, and I am adding content to it all the time.. due to the fact that it is on my blog's membership site, I'm able to add videos and audios of REAL deals as I do them, and YOU Still get access for that ONE time Price!

Have a POWERFUL Sales Day!

Karl

It's Simple Math Really...

D+C+E=P

Disclosure to all parties+Cash on Distressed Property+End Use Buyer = Profit To Wholesaler.

So I gotta know,

Why are most brokers against their agents wholesaling and performing sandwich lease options?

Help me to see it from your side.

My Thought?

Probably because you are mixing up terms, etc. I will leave the argument as to whether or not agents are agents 24/7 alone (*it is ridiculous.  By that argument's logic, agents should NEVER invest in real estate on their own.  Which is patently absurd*)

My thought? Tell your next broker (KW, or Realty Executives) that you are intending on investing on your own as well as listing and representing buyers etc.  Understand what the company policy is, and follow it.

Now, the company policy will not cover assignment of contract because it is not a "investment" like a traditional home flipper would have. You are simply selling paper. E&O Will not cover an assignment.

So all those who say agents needn't invest because of some supposed duty to "Protect the Public"need to go back and read fiduciary rules of engagement so to speak.  You ONLY have a duty to protect those who you are the fiduciary to... You have a OBLIGATION to be honest with everyone else.  BIG difference.

Move on to your next broker... you've been talking about this for at least a week. You could have sold something by now.  Stop screwing around and wasting time with people who will not support your goals.

In other words, Toughen up... you can do this.. you know what to do, so get moving!

Karl

This is plain sickening! Unprofessional, obviously you have NEVER been an owner BROKER, you passed the broker's exam, BIG DEAL! Yes, I looked up your record at the RE Commission. That means you probably never sat in the position of carrying E&O for a company!

You have never been an "Owner Broker" you have no clue as to the liability involved.

Does your broker really know that you just turn your license on and off as it suits you as to your self dealing?

Maybe that's what you did, moving around from broker to broker, looking for one who allowed such an attitude, I have no idea why you moved so much.

Plainly, you're a marketer, not grasping what a professional is. Go ahead, be cool, post more funny pictures, seems you use a library of them. I've never seen you give any solid RE advice on BP, just constant self promotions under the radar to advance your guru coaching.

You're just dangerous IMO!

Calm Down Bro...

You are full on mad.  Actually... YES.. I have been a Broker Owner.. so I DO know what it's like.  Hence my reason for being an ASSOCIATE Broker...

Super scary though that you would "look me up".. kinda stalkerish...

Check it out though.  If you want to call my broker about this.. you are more than welcome... He, and I, and our company attorneys spend several hours and thousands of dollars to ensure that I could do this legally.. and exactly how.

Truth be told.. I was the FIRST one at my office when it started, and have been there ever since... I've been an owner when it was small, and sold my interest off when it got big... to this day.. my license still hangs there.

If you want my broker's number... I'm sure you can call him.  His name is Jeff Murtaugh..  Broker of Realty Executives Tucson Elite... Google it, if you haven't already. LOL.. But dude.. seriously.. you need to calm down in a big way before you have a heart attack!

Peace out brother...

oh..yeah.. I forgot!

Have a Powerful Sales Day!
