Calls are one thing... and that's awesome... But a PERSICOPED Deal Done Entirely from Start to finish....that's another.  Video is so much more than audio alone!  Mine is downloadable here.

 Do you have a live deal on periscope that you've saved?? I would love to see yours!  I've got mine that I can share with you saved from start to finish and I would LOVE to see yours!  

A Legitimate Question...

Okay, call me crazy, but am I the ONLY one around here who is thinking that maybe, just maybe, somebody other than me could bring a Smartphone into a wholesale deal?  Or tape their live calls?  Or share with their students what it is like on the inside of a REAL Deal?

I mean, with Periscope allowing everyday practitioners like you and I the ability to talk and share LIVE with one another, you would think that guru's from everywhere would be all over it sharing LIVE deals, and LIVE conversations...

Yet, all I see when I see people sharing information about wholesaling, it's always the same old tired "get a bandit sign, get a yellow letter" thing.

Does anyone else feel as frustrated as me?

Use a state contract as I do... it's far better for wholesaling.

Six Days Into My First PPC Campaign

Thus far.... I must say I am impressed!  I received my first lead using my Investor Carrot Website and their recommended SEO and PPC Service Generation Web.

I've written an article on my blog called The Red Pill Investor about it, but let me just say... I have been BLOWN AWAY by this! 

Six days into it and we already have a HIGHLY MOTIVATED ready to act Seller! 

ZERO Calls that were negative.

NOBODY called me and said "Hey buddy! Stop advertising on Google!" 

It's entirely different than Direct Mail... or even Bandit signs.  I will keep you updated and let you know what happens but so far.. six days in, and I have my first HIGHLY Motivated Seller Lead!

I will definitely keep you updated to let you know the results I am getting in this little experiment to determine which is better for wholesaling... direct mail or Pay Per Click...
