@Michael Noto agree there are some horrible property managers. This shouldn’t change where you invest though. I have some very stable and high cash flowing properties in what some would call not good areas but if you have good management you can invest anywhere. Management shouldn’t change your investing strategy but yes lots of wolves in sheep’s clothing for sure but that’s anywhere.

@Fan Bi I have 13 properties in Syracuse and love the market can’t buy enough properties fast enough! Definitely talk to @Frank Procopio as he’s an investor himself and has a lot of experience with high cash flowing C class properties. Feel free to message me if you want my thoughts on the area etc

@Robin Casper as of 3 weeks ago all good on my end as far as a commercial appraisal in Syracuse. From what I’ve seen no delays in that area. @Frank Procopio have you noticed any slowdowns from appraisals ?

@Wade Megan I’ve purchased all my properties without seeing them haven’t regretted it yet, sometimes it’s not possible to be there in person but with technology now you can do video walkthroughs , detailed photos , have an inspection of course and talk directly to the inspector in depth after he’s done, use an agent you can trust who understands your situation.

@Edward DePalma love this Eddie , I am so grateful for my section 8 tenants in a time like this . You are right , it’s a great time to buy a deal ! I am looking to fill 2 vacancies in May and I’m going to push for section 8 .

@David DuCille I got in trouble from BP for putting my YouTube link in a response to a new investor because I had done a topic in what she was asking . It made sense I didn’t even think twice that it was any type of self promotion . They removed the post and sent me a blanket “slap on the wrist “ email. So they should be focusing on the actual solicitation and spam instead of me when I was actually genuinely trying to help someone ! For no reason besides helping them . I liked this site more like 2 years ago .
