@Eric Blair Yes, assuming a VA loan at under 4% can be a great strategy, especially in today's higher interest rate environment.

@Blondell Chism  A 685 score with a recent bankruptcy is unusual. Maybe due to limited debt. Verify income stability, request references, and consider a larger deposit for security.
