@Sebastian Naczas You've got equity, experience, and ops dialed in. Look into cash out refi or JV to scale into small multis. 5+ units open new loan options. Keep momentum going!

@Morgan Painter  If debt is tight, selling makes sense. Otherwise, explore mid-term rentals or holding 1 more year. Talk to a CPA on tax impact.

@Quentin Butler  Smart move starting early! Look into REIAs around Charleston, it's great for networking. House hacking is a solid launchpad.

@Daniel Jodrey Nice house hack setup! What are your projected rents on each side and your monthly PITI?

@Lydia Tilahun  Great start! $60K gives you solid options. Have you looked into house hacking or turnkey rentals in Midwest markets with low entry costs?

@Naomi Joo  Columbus makes sense short term. Have you looked into duplexes near hospitals? You can house hack now & refi later to scale into Dallas/Chicago.

@Turgut Oz If your LTV is solid and payments are on time, sounds off. CFPB is a smart step. Maybe time to shop refi options with more flexible terms?

@Nick Perret Efferson  Love the hustle! Building relationships is the key. Have you tried meet ups or off-market deal sourcing?

@Yi C. CO zoning laws differ, so definitely check local regulations. Pueblo's market is more affordable than CA, but buyer commissions and surveys may vary. Good luck!

@Renee I. Great question! BPCon is always solid with great networking and actionable insights.
