6 unit and up generally will be handled by a Commercial Insurance policy. An agent that answers a lot of posts is Jason Bott. I believe he has access to insurance companies in all states like we do.

Would you be able to recommend an insurance carrier/broker that specializes in and understand well the small multifamily apartments (5-20 units) ? I am looking for a carrier/broker that specifically specializes in this type of asset.
