Wonder what is the 7% investment. As someone suggested earlier, if it's stable and and somewhat safe investment, especially nowadays, i think you should stick with it.

I have a couple property which i manage myself, but also i am looking to expend and will need help in the future. Also, keep me in your "buyer" list for any property for sale between 100k-150k in west/northwest side in Houston.

I do not think that such a process exist. Will be great to great other options

Is there a way to obtain property blueprints / just general layout overview beside contacting the builder ? Is that a public information ? If yes, what are the property ways to acquire it? Need that for CA and TX.

It depends of the city. As a few people stated, sometimes it's pretty accurate and sometime is a joke.

It's just one more rouse when you are looking for comparable, however cant beet CMA from MLS
