Do you know if PenFed still has restrictions on investment properties? I recall until a year ago, they will do HELOCs on investment properties only if you have 4 or fewer?

Has anyone partnered with someone solely on the bases of cash injection for business operation and marketing?

- If so what does that partnership look like?

- What do you need to bring to the table for them to be interested? (Collateral? Your own money?)

- Is it a good idea to partner with someone who’s willing to do this?

- Has anyone run into some issues with this?

How is the "perfect match" look like for you? I am looking for similar ...

I am following - what are your findings? Could you use CRO as a 100% SFR or 100$ Fourplex?

BP Folks,

Please advise if you can recommend a lender who offers specialty loan programs, preferably a local credit union in Flordia. Interest in the following:

1) Portfolio loan program to put 2,3 or 4 properties under one loan with 20% down.

2) HELOC on Investment properties [i have more than 4 propeties]

3) Overall specialty loan programs which might be a bit more expensive but have low to now closing cost fees (i.e. ability to tight the closing cost in the interest rate)

Thanks!,

K
