You can pull the record card on the county website or even go to the county office and get one from there and that will have all the info.

Good start and I think you are a future entrepreneur. Duplex is the best to start with and then you will have some experience to learn about the real estate business. Congratulations, you are at the right place for help and advice.

I think NE and NW Indiana are hot markets at this time and the supply is less than the demand so the prices are shooting up . Specially Fort Wayne area does not have enough houses for sale because a mortgage broker told me that they always have more approved buyers than the houses available.

A think now a lot of member will jump on this .
