You can pull the record card on the county website or even go to the county office and get one from there and that will have all the info.

I think NE and NW Indiana are hot markets at this time and the supply is less than the demand so the prices are shooting up . Specially Fort Wayne area does not have enough houses for sale because a mortgage broker told me that they always have more approved buyers than the houses available.
