The law has had a huge impact economically, $100 million lost in just sports related tourism. Thats not including the companies that decided not to relocate or set up a new location, not including the conventions and such. When I lived in Charlotte, Pat was a great a mayor, which is why he served 18 years I think it was. He is elected governor and now he makes bad decision after bad decision, messing with the film industry so his Chic-Fil-A buddy can benefit from more film in GA.

@TJ Peterkin I do not have a ton of experience on the investing side to help out. On the building side is where I have the experience. Mainly is to make sure the numbers work for what you may want to do, build and sell the units or hold on to them and rent. Local realtor or appraiser should be able to help with this. Also like @Eric L. mentioned, check the zoning of that lot to be sure you can build multifamily on it.
