Hey @Jason Hill good to hear you are thinking of moving to the area. My wife and I moved about 6 years ago from Charlotte to Carolina Beach and are truly enjoying it! The market here is doing well with the baby boomers moving from the North or those that moved to Florida and are now looking to be closer to their families up north so they end up in NC (half backers as they are called).

Hey @Carolina Torres! All the news I read it seems like Vancouver real estate is going crazy right now, the prices are just insanely high. I am on the coast of NC in the Wilmington area, which there are a lot of northern families retiring down here. Best of luck in your future endeavors.
