Hey @Tim G.I walk by the county court house after work every day and Ive been getting a list to send to. I am looking more for what kind of mailer to send them. Maybe some ideas from folks who are doing this or have in the past.

If you haven’t already checked out the podcasts, I would jump on that!! The are full of great stuff. Also check out the webinars Brandon Turner does every week. You may want to set up some keyword alerts for you interests and your area as well.

There are some great meetups in the area you may want to come out to as well. I cohost a local meetup of local BP members and we hold meetings every month in Lakewood, Seattle and Kirkland. It’s a purely networking group and full of great local investors of all kinds and levels of experience. We would love to meet you at one of our next meetings. Here’s a Link for our Meetup group.
