Hey Everyone, Can anyone help the process of buying a pre-foreclosure in Washington State?.... There is one that's close to my house and I'm pretty sure I know where the owner is living..... Can I approach them ?... Or do I need to contact someone else first?

The lakewood meeting is always the 3rd Monday of the month. Maybe February?:)

Frank Matanane .... I suggest you do direct marketing.... I would get a list through Property Radar and or drive for dollars.... I suggest you at least mail 250 letters a month( which is still low IMO)...
