@Alex Prestigiacomo welcome and congrats on getting ready to buy your first property. it took me 4 years to finally take the leap and buy my first property. The 1st one is always the hardest. Get out and network with all the active folks you see on BP and KREIA and you'll find a dealer sooner than later.

Legacy Title is great. Ask for Alissa or Lorie. I close most my deals there.

welcome @Adam Carbone
soak up everything you can from BP and try to network with anyone who is willing to get lunch or coffee. I met a ton of great people from this site and it helped me get started. I found biggerpockets when i was 24 and it took me almost 5 years to finally make a move, so if you have the means to buy a property you should go for it. Don't wait around like I did. I recently left the insurance industry to go full time in real estate. Once you get past your first deal, you'll hooked and be well on your way.

@Cynthia B. I would pick out some of the Books BiggerPockets has published to read. they have books on flipping that will help break down the how to get started and every step along the way.
id also start networking with any and every investor you can find in your area that are willing to talk with you. offer to buy lunch, that usually gets folks willing to sit down with you
