Hi,
Auctin.com have different type of properties. The properties that come in for foreclosure and action and others that maybe the owner like to sell with the help of the site.
They will sell most of the foreclosure with the same old fashion trust action that is happening every first Tuesday of the month and you need to be present to bid on them, if they could not sell in on that they they will list in online.
One of the problems I saw before on the site is the fact that they will bid up the property on behalf of the seller.
I call them myself and try to see how this will work and they told me that they can bid on my behalf until the price I like will pass.
Hop this help.
Thank you

Hi,
My name is Sohrab and I am from Houston TX. I Invest in rental properties and I want to expand my business as a property management company, when I research Houston market for management company I can find out two ways that campaign are marketing:
1- flat fee per month plus first month full rent (half will be for the tenant agent if exist)
2-percentage of the gross rent amount.
I want to know what people thinking about this, and get the opening to see which way is the better way to go.
Thank you in advance for all of your help.

Thank you @travis hamiton,
I have used Grasshopper before and I really like it the only problem I had is not being able to send faxes from them, you can receive fax.
I am using ring central for a month now and its work very good.
