I need to start building systems in various parts of my business, what area should I focus on first, and how can I build a system to work on that? anything you guys say is very valuable, I am trying to expand my business, but have no idea how to build a functioning system.

Hey guys, so my mind has been going all over the place lately trying to figure out what is the best strategy for me to start investing. I've been researching commercial and it looks very appealing, should I start taking it more serious actually educate myself in the field, or should I stay with residential?

He sent over a full CMA of the area. It has every property sold that roughly matches the subject property. Ive fact checked with the properties on Zillow and it has them plus more. I think it's a strong start.
