Huds are typically lower than market price. Set up your marketing for first time home buyers. Create a website that markets to people that need help buying a house. Post listings on craigslist, every day. Be available all the time.

When Obama is impeached I think Palin should take over. She doesn't talk down to us like you liberal socialist communists. Plus Obama has spent more money than all other Presidents combined times 10. And, he spends all this money on going out and its crazy.
