Sorry @Claire Trammell I forgot all about this thread! So I am actually working with Google Sheets and Google Docs. I want to create a professional letter in Docs and then mail merge the owners names/addresses in from sheets. And then I want to figure out an easy way to print all of them with a single click. Hmmm. The research continues. Any ideas @Account Closed

That is exactly what I would like to do. I will look into mail merge. Thanks @Claire Trammell!

Here's the situation..
I'm writing a professional letter that I can save as a template with my business letterhead explaining I am investor interested in their house. I'm wondering if I can somehow import the owners names and property address into the template to easily create numerous mailers at a time. I am not having the best of luck with the hand written letter approach and would like to go with a more professional approach.
I plan to leave a blank after "Hi xxxxx" for the owners name and then a blank after "I am interested in your property at xxxxx" to insert the imported name and address. Is this even possible?

Listen to the PodCaster Kevin Bupp. He has his own show and puts out a lot of great content. Definitely not as great as the BP PodCast :)

I have a spreadsheet of addresses that are supposed to be vacant and I drive all of them to confirm which are and which are not. Does anyone have any suggestions on a program to sort the addresses in the most efficient driving route? I appreciate the suggestions!
