I've heard a lot of great things about Aceable Agents! Although I didn't take my licensing courses through Aceable I did take my driver license course with them and the platform was very user friendly. If you're looking to take a course online at your own pace and on your time Aceable is definitely a good choice, whereas Champions is more interactive and thorough. 

I got my licensed through TrainAgents which is also an online provider...I would only recommend it if you are extremely self motivated since the material covered in the course is as close to the bare minimum as possible and I spent a lot of time researching practice tests on my own to prepare for the exam

I think it would make more sense to wait until you know which location you will be in either permanently or for a long time to get your real estate license in that state. Getting licensed and having it active can take a lot of work and expenses so it would only make sense for you to be licensed in multiple states if you are going to do business in all those states. If you will be staying in NH long term I think it might be a better use of your time to pursue a license in NH directly

If you’re asking about strictly commission splits. The norm now is anything above 50/50. Anything above a 60/40 split should be considered a good split.

Another thing you should look for when it comes to splitting your commissions is the cap. Which is the amount of money you pay to the broker in splits before you get to keep 100% of your commissions for the rest of the year. A lot of companies have recently adopted this and sometimes the cap has just as much of an impact on much commissions you end up keeping each year as the actual splits

Like Jefferson mentioned above you would need to hang your salesperson license under a sponsoring broker no matter what state you are in but you can get a broker license to be on your own after a few years of experience. 

Also a note about getting licensed in Texas...a requirement to get your real estate salesperson license in Texas is that you must also be a resident of Texas so that's just something to keep in mind.

Congrats on passing your exam and happy holidays!

Keller Williams does have a lot of great training programs for real estate agents. I heard their BOLD program is one of the best trainings for sales agents.

It’s possible to keep your commission on your personal deals. There are a lot of brokerages usually local ones that lets you keep 100% commissions on all deals. If you are doing 1-2 personal deals a year eXp Realty let’s you keep 100% on 3 personal transactions per year.

I think that will be extremely helpful. I am actually in a very similar mastermind like the one you described and it has been very helpful in terms of helping me network with and learn more about real estate investing as an agent/licnesee. 

Most meetups are virtual now but there are a few that are still hosted in person a few times a month. I think attending someone else's meetup would be very beneficial to see the structure and see how you can incorporate it into your own meet ups for investor agents

ibuyers are institutional buyers such as opendoor or offerpad or zillow just to name a few. These companies are taking up a lot of the real estate agent market share. They usually offer cash to buy from sellers thus making it a very enticing sounding offer to many sellers. 

Some brokers have partnered with ibuyer platforms and are allowing agents to also benefit by introducing these sellers to certain ibuyer platforms.

There are a lot of ways an agent can bring value to an investor even if they haven’t invested in any properties themselves. A lot of investors tend to be more passive when it comes to looking for deals so they will essentially train you to work for them.

Many times investors will actually prefer an agent who has not had as much experience in residential because the criteria and expectations are a lot different when it comes to the two.

A good way to look for business is to start going to networking events (if possible) and talking to as many investors in your area as possible. Investors are always looking for more people to bring them deals!

@Brandon Ribeiro So far I've only used them for expired listings. The biggest issue has been the abundance of wrong and false numbers.

As an agent you can represent other investors and partner with iBuyers when you have deals that don't work out for retail or when sellers don't want to list. A lot of investors will happily pay you a buyer's agent commission if you help them find an off market deal.
