@Claire Trammell @Gerardo Dominguez You guys really just gave me insight. It's just like any other company you can never spend too much on marketing and I started off as a wholesaler for the last 2 years and marketing for free on craigslist , backpage, and fb worked now I'm a broker so getting deals is the same but I prefer to take it up a notch. But the insight you guys gave me makes me think. To market everywhere and be the first when someone thinks about real estate.

I would like to know personally how much direct mail should I send out atleast a month to get a good return. I've been doing investing for 2 years now but now alot of direct mail. I've alot of deals really just driving for dollars and contacting home owners on zillow. I now am an active broker in the indianapolis area and I would like to know how much an active investor does in direct mail to get a good return?
