Ok I would like to know what is the most accurate way to pull your credit score? I have a couple of things I need to get in place before I try to apply for a loan of course and I would like to know how can I pull my own credit score that is pretty much accurate. Besides usings sites like creditkarma or anything else

@Tim Bishop I've honestly been wanting to go that route. I think I just may need to do so to get where I'm needing to go honestly at this point. But as long as I have a good list that fits my criteria for now I should be fine. Appreciate the feedback.

I would like to know what is more accurate to use as a mailing list? I've started to use agent pro  247 and it's ok don't get me wrong but it doesn't seem that up to date on current leads. I would like to know if anyone has had great experiences with listsource.com or any other lead sources.

@Alex Alaniz that's an awesome strategy. I hear a lot of people use the refinance strategy man. I'll most definitely consider that as well.

I'm learning on my journey to buying my first rental property or rehab this up coming year that real estate is really a journey. It also cost big time of course. I'm looking to hear great news and strategies on how you guys started to obtain a property. I would love to hear the inspiration. I'm looking to obtain my first rental property and funds to obtain on a rehab. Working and saving now for the better.
