@Alia Ali Hey there, welcome to BP. I would start with neighborhoods and areas you are comfortable with already and already have a good understanding of. I would work out from there. I like to make a bet on an area I think that will improve a lot already over time. For example, I don't invest in uptown because I think its too inflated already. I like the Midway and West 7th markets for growth. Let me know if I can help!

@Jeff J. Hey Jeff! I think $50/mo is good for the garage. Maybe $75/mo if parking is a big premium in the area, i.e. Uptown. I would do $20-25/mo for the storage space.
