Looks like we have 12 people on meetup.com and 4 on BP.  Usually a bunch of people come that don't RSVP so looking like a great even in south Minneapolis. See everyone tonight!

Hey guys! Nothing has changed but the name. Same Venn Brewing REI happy hour but just a new name. We will be doing more happy hours around the city.

Limited parking in Venn's lot but easier to park on 46th Street or another side street. Venn is also located right on the light rail blue line at the 46th street stop.

I say go with option 2. Mortgage insurance is worth it if you can start house hacking and get into a investment that still has some room to appreciate. There are a few areas out there where you can achieve this. 

We are expanding from just doing our south Minneapolis meetup at Venn Brewing and are doing more meetings around the twin cities.
