@sean

@Sean OToole so is current home value through listsource a close enough guestimate for the value of the home?

Thanks @Wayne Brooks, the issue is the potential seller didn't/hasn't provided me with even a proximity address to go off of.

Hello bp community, found a motivated seller who supplied parcel id, tract and lot number for his vacant lot the owner would consider an offer on, how would I go about locating address to this lot to run comps on.

Thanks

1. Depends on whether you're doing it in-house or outsourcing the whole process.

2. If you're using a full service company, they print the message. Most companies offer a lot of templates.

3. Yes for most companies that do the outsourcing. The prices, quality, and services differ so you can save yourself money by shopping around.

Sounds like you're starting your first DM campaign. Your path should be dependent on your resource constraints: is it time or money? If you are short on cash and want to do it yourself, can send you some templates to use.

 Hey @Ray Lai I'm in the process of sending out letters myself, and I was wondering whether you still have sample templates for direct mailing to share.

Thanks in advance!

 Thank you May Emery.  Where would I go about finding a list broker.  Or they completely different from a realtor/ agent.

Before I subscribe for a monthly account for property radar or buy a list from listsource. I have two questions...

1. Which of the two sites is ideal in gathering as much information as possible?

2. Can multiple users share and be logged-in the property radar account for its online and specifically its mobile application? (2users for the price of 1)
