Agreed. I made the move to the plus account and it has helped me tremendously. I love my keywords and the plus account allowed me to use 10 total. Also file downloading will be crucial when i make my first investment. 

The knowledge i acquired from the forums and podcasts has been so beneficial and more than worth the cost of a plus account. 

A degree that comes from an inexpensive college! Paying off a lot of student loans could eat into your real estate investing plan.

"Buy & hold investor" seems to be fine. People in the industry know exactly what that means.

I went to a real estate meet up and they had name tags that said "hello my name is ......and I am a buy and hold investor"

What type of business are you offering? What is your niche? Wholesaler, Fix and Flipper, Realtor, Investor, Lender...etc
