If you're looking for people in a specific area then try checking out the Network tab at the top of the page. There you will find a search box where you can enter your zip code. This will show you all of the Bigger Pockets members in that area who you can potentially connect and communicate with.

I've done several transaction in your surrounding area, but my line of work is in land investment rather than rental properties. I'm sure you will find plenty of like minded professionals here on the site. If you want to find members near your area check out the Network tab at the top of the page where you can enter your zip code to find nearby members. This was a great tool for me to make connections in my area.
