Hey there and welcome to BP first of all!

When I first started I was low on start-up money as well. Investing in mobile homes is a great solution to this problem. I found my first big break by investing in land. It was a cheaper and easier way for me to get into the real estate investment industry. If the mobile homes venture works out for you, perhaps we could be of use to each other in the future.
