If you're looking for people in your area then try going to the Network tab at the top of the page and searching by your zip code. I'm sure there are thousands of members in your area with similar interests.

The best place I got started was checking out the Bigger Pockets Podcast. You will find all sorts of information on wholesaling there, and may even find another area of interest as well. What are you going to school for if you don't mind me asking?

When I first started, some of the best advice I received was to go check out the Bigger Pockets Podcast. I found everything I needed and more from those podcasts.

When I first started, my goal was to generate passive income as well. I began in the wholesale market and eventually found my niche in rural land investment.
