Hey @Dave Vertus
Great to see another young investor like yourself on the site! If you're serious about your real estate ambitions then you have certainly found the right place. The best place I got started was checking out the Bigger Pockets Podcast. You will find all sorts of information on wholesaling there, and may even find another area of interest as well. What are you going to school for if you don't mind me asking?
Good luck to you Dave!

Hey @Imran Raz
Glad to have you as a part of the Bigger Pockets community!
When I first started, my goal was to generate passive income as well. I began in the wholesale market and eventually found my niche in rural land investment. Whatever it is you end up finding success in, Bigger Pockets will definitely help you get there. It certainly has for me. Looking forward to interacting with you on the forums.
Best of luck to you,
-Kyle

Greetings from Scottsdale! Glad to have you here on Bigger Pockets.
If you're looking to connect with fellow real estate investors in the area, feel free to contact me. I deal mostly with rural land investment, but I began with an interest in wholesaling as well. If there is any way I can help, please don't hesitate to ask!
Best of luck to you in your real estate ambition.
