As a new investor looking for passive income I quickly jumped into the house flipping market as well. After failed experiences and too much hassle, I found my niche in land investment. Perhaps I took the easy way out, because there is certainly a correct way to go about the house flipping strategy. Just be careful that you do your homework before you end up wasting your time like I did! Here to help if you ever have any questions.

Then I would go to the Network tab at the top of your page and search for Bigger Pockets members in your area code. This way you can find a potential mentor or even a business partner to work with.
