As a new member one of the best pieces of advice I received was to setup some "Keyword Alerts" to get into conversation in your target area. It’s a great way to narrow down the site to what interests and benefits you most.

Hey, just wondering if anyone here has some tips for a successful podcast to increase the business of their company?

My company recently debuted their podcast, but we're looking for some tips and advice to help us improve. Ideally we would like to be as proficient as Bigger Pockets is with their podcast shows.

May I ask what area of real estate you are interested in? My company deals with rural land investment and we own several parcels in New Mexico. We have actually dealt with several people that own horses too!

Great to see another young investor like yourself on here! Like you, I came to BP in search of passive income as well. I think that renting out mobile homes would be a great place to start out! I found my success in investing in rural land and selling on terms to collect passive income, but there are plenty of ways to find success here on this site.
