@Julie Toh I've found out later.... she is a BROKER not just an agent!!  And didn't disclose she has an interest in the property... it's a big ole kettle of worms.  She most definitely should have known better.

Last week... there was a nude photo in a house right out in the open on the living room shelf for all to see ... as we toured around,  total silence, no one mentioned it, no one commented on it. We all just ignored the elephant in the room. I was mortified. 

I let the listing agent know in the showing feedback as tactfully as I could: "I know everyone's tastes are different, but I would remove the nude picture during showings bc the buyers eyes are drawn away from the beautiful house and to the conversation piece".... I found out later the listing agent IS THE SELLER!!!

@Nick R. Why don't you use it as part of the Airbnb/STR? My aunt does that, and she has people come all the time who are traveling across the country with their horses for shows or trail rides. Here's an example: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/4... (not my aunts property, just an example).  You can make extra $$ and the people are responsible for their horses, not you. You are just giving the horses a place to sleep for the night!

@Kyle Baxter Oh I almost forgot! you  can call their bandit signs when you see them!  Introduce yourself, and tell them you want to be added to their buyers list!
