This meetup is a networking event for anyone living in (or visiting!) Toronto who invests or is interested in investing in real estate anywhere in the US. This is a regular event, usually once per month on the 2nd Monday. 7:30 - 7:45 Team Building (sharing lessons learned)

7:45 - 8:00 The Real Deal - Short-term (Vacation) Rentals

8:00 - 9:00+ Mingle / Discussion

Future meetups are generally 2nd Monday of each month. They're planned as follows:

• Monday, June 10
• Summer Months - To be determined
• Monday, September 16 (note - this is the 3rd Monday of September)

Hi @Chao Chang

Hopefully you can make it out to the next meetup in January.  Best to get professional advice (from a cross-border tax accountant and perhaps an attorney) on what would work best for your personal situation and investment goals.

Occasionally we have cross-border accountants who attend the meetup so that's always helpful.
