Hope everyone had a great Summer and Labor Day weekend! This meetup will be slightly different than many in the past as it will consist of three parts. 

1. Come join us as we tour one of our Gloucester City rentals mid-way through renovations. Hear all about the numbers, renovation plans, and projections and get your questions answered about owning in GC.

2. Local investors and property managers, Mike Bonadies and Drew Side, will discuss what it's like investing and land lording in the area, cover the new processes GC has implemented in recent months, and share some best practices they've gained from being involved in the city. 

3. Then we'll head over to Holy City Pub two blocks away to continue the great conversations and enjoy a cold one. The address is 332 Jersey Ave, Gloucester City, NJ 08030 (If you arrive after 7:30PM, the property tour will most likely be over so go straight to the Holy City.)
