I drive for dollars. I'm a part-time food delivery driver, so it allows me to make money by doing deliveries while also researching neighborhoods.

If the numbers work, jump in now! Best of luck! I'm so glad I did not wait back in 2018. People were saying not to buy, but I jumped in because the numbers worked. Purchased a single family home for $68K in 2018 and now it's worth about $130K!

Innago is free for the landlord. They make their money from payment fees from what I can tell. I think their fee is 2.75% of the charge but the fee caps at $2.00 when the tenant pays with their bank account.

In your example, the rent would be 800 and I would have their rent be 798 in Innago. That's just what I choose to do .

awesome, thank you for the update and also correcting my math LOL

@Justin Fox great info, are you only using the free version or have you used the paid one as well? For example, if the rent is $800, you charge them $788 Innago system to off set the $2 ACH fee?

@Candice Wharton thank you for your input. I have personal bank accounts and a credit card with Navy Federal. What do you like about them for business banking? I am thinking about a business checking, savings, and maybe credit for my company. I am going to be self-managing my rental properties.

Does anyone have landlord insurance with Traveler's Insurance or used them in the past? I will be closing on a property next week. Traveler's is wanting to do a physical inspection of the property. Anyone else experienced that?

Hello All, great information thus far. I will be closing on my first single family rental at the end of the month. The property is 600sqf / 2 bedroom & 1 bath / single family / huge front and back yard without fencing. I am debating if I should allow a pet or pets into the property. Properties in my area that allow pets rent very fast. In my market, I have seen pet fees consist of $300 non-refundable pet deposit and $25 pet rent per animal. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
