I don't have a ton of capital or credit and am looking to start investing using a lease option. Can I lease a short sale or REO?

WOW!  That's not something that I'm looking forward to seeing any time soon.  How can people live like that?

I left the Navy in September of '15.  Our saying was..."Don't nuke it."  Figure a path and walk it.  If you need help finding your first path, socialize, network, listen to the podcasts.  Where are you stationed and looking to buy?

I don't see why you couldn't.  I just imagine there to be less buyers at that range.  Can you DM me for some of your deals that you're putting on the market?

I'd avoid HML until you have experience because it's a sharp double edged sword. Have you considered lease options for your BRRRR strategy? How's your credit? Stick with the wholesaling strategy if it's your thing. If it was easy, every one would be doing it. Do you listen to the podcasts?
