@Andy Collins Thanks for your import of what Not to do. What appeal to you that you wanted to keep those other cards? What wording should I use to hold your interest and make you save them? Anything help and thanks.

Hellow BP community!

I'm Leeta and I'm new to Biggerpockets. My family own a couple of property, but I haven't own one on my own and would love to get into real estate investment. I own a event planning and design business which help me out to do home staging for client and sometime real estate investor that want to sell their property at a high retail price because the new home owner has a emotional attachment to the layout and design of the place.

My goal is to buy and hold a few properties. I'm looking to do wholesaling, flips, preforeclosures to start out; I've never flipped or wholesaled before, so it would be a learning experiences.

I'm looking forward to network with some of you here, and expand my Real Estate investing portfolio, contribute where appropriate, and maybe even find my next deal or be an assistant in doing home staging for other investor.

Glad to be here and thanks for creating this wonderful community of like minded people!

@Andrew S. and @Shane Johnson, I might have to rethink of how to get it deliver to the different houses. Maybe the card can be slipped into the newspaper for those houses that subscribe, but I would have to look into that. Or contact the newspaper business and see how they got other people to put flyer in their paper. I saw a post about the can of pop/soda with flyer than hand it out to different house. That might be another thought.

Should it be better to get a list of homeowner than send them a post card or maybe a expired list from MLS (how do you get that list from a Realtor?)

What do you guys think of the website www.mlsonline.com?

Thanks for your help.

@Michael Q. thank you for those amazing sample, now I have a idea of how to reword the postcard.

@Shane Johnson I'm still getting the phone number, website and other contact information. This is just a test sample of what you guys think. I have someone that is going to deliver the card when their are doing their news paper deliver. So the address is not really necessary I think.Thank you for your import and I'll update it when I get the contact info done.

I always think is a good idea to test the idea with people that been there and done that because we are all in this together one way or another.

I'm starting out and thinking about sending out postcard, but it's not done yet and would like you guys thought about it. I also have someone that would pass it out when he does his new paper delivery.

Thanks
