check the box for "a" Non Resident alien required to...

you can submit the w7 application separably or you can do that when you  submit your first income tax returns.

Thank you for the advice! sure I could google it, but nothing is better then getting a good referral from some one as experienced as you who already "tried" the service and can actually know for sure that it is a reliable source, ACCEPTABLE where needed in RE industry and etc...

simply make an offer to them - I would draft a Letter of Intent, attach my proof of funds to show I am serious, make a photo of a check of yours - payable to "ESCROW" - for the EMD (deposit) amount.

I would send these documents all in one email - and start the negotiation with the firm
