How many units are you buying now? I would definitely keep self management! If you already control 15 units in your own back yard - I believe you will manage with the units located a hour and half from you .

just trying to figure out a way to file a lien against a property located on Florida...

what should be the best way to start this process? I have a vendor that is not getting paid and he wants to place a lien on the property he preformed the work at.. possible?
