Wonderful Tom-

I just read a course about corporations and such and it mentioned much of what you said and I think it is a good idea to let people in on the info and truth. Thanks again Tom...

Hello everyone-

I think everyone of us can learn something new and very valuable or refresh our minds to simple but yet effective investing through this course. If you heard about this plan give a review and let me know what you think about the program.

Also if you would like to know more just ask and you will receive more infromation about this course and what it talks about as well as creative investing.

P.S. This is the average (not investor) homebuyers program as with these simple rules and guidelines you can rest assure that you will retire knowing that you kids will have a very profitable future. Or just party away when you retire and enjoy the good life oh yeah!

Hello there teasha-

Just got done with the full course and I know for a fact that you should invest your money in Reggie Brooks Course. He talks about Abandoned properties and obtaining money from the government such as FHA loans and grants. If you need advice about HUD homes or FHA loans and have questions feel free to ask me, also check out the forum that covers
VA, HUD, and Tax sales!

Anyone have any luck with Abandoned properties?

Typically it is a very easy process finding the onwers of the properties but will they sell and will they sell for what you have in mind? I would like to hear some feed back on this subject as I am considering jusmping into this untapped market.

All you hear about is REO, Short Sales, & pre-foreclosures but what about these properties that are left to rot, can you make a profit for both you and the neighborhood?

Thanks Ladies & Gentlemen!

Wow-

Here I come Colorado, there are so many HUD homes that are for sale to bid on in and around Denver, CO. If you look close enough and you know how to price out the exact value of a property there are so many good deals there.

This ones for you Josh & Jon:

Over the past couple of months I have obtained much information about HUD homes and FHA loan programs that are offered to the public. Much money is waiting for us and what we do with the knowledge will decide how we and are future family will live.

If you have any questions feel free to ask!

That is a big fee to assign a contract over but if the numbers make sense then why not. I usually help all my investors see everything through an usually end up being a partner and not just wholesaling the deal.

Good Luck!
