@Carson Sweezy thanks for letting me know, this is exactly what I am looking for.

@Andrew Beaver I just finished up the pre-licensing education for the state of Virginia with Kaplan. If Kaplan offers a course for your state then it meets the states requirements. The only downside that I found to it is that reading over all the topics can get super boring, but I supposed that can happen with an actual in person class as well.

@Andre Gardner I would seriously evaluate the person that contacted you. Investors are not regulated like real estate agents, and there are a lot of posers out there. An apartment complex can get you on the hook for a lot of debt really quick. If you are limited in knowledge, I would suggest increasing that so you can weed out a good partner from the bad.  Good luck

@Jeremy Hodges if they are licensed in the state, and you meet the requirements I don't see what the problem could be.
