Hi @David Smith, I'm kinda with Aaron on this one, more of a corporate world type of thing. I literally live in a golf course community for 15 years and have yet to have any type of meeting on the course.

Hi @Kaseem Wisdom I live in Clermont and have helped many buyers in the Davenport/Kissimmee area both for STR and to live in. There are several really good communities that are great for what you want to do. Let me know if there is anything I can do to provide some value to your search.

@Kurt Traynor I am a Realtor in Orlando and would be happy to help with your search. I have several friends that door knock the UCF/Oviedo are also, that is hit or miss these days with Covid. I rarely see any wholesale deals around there too as they just go too fast.
