Has anyone had success with cash for keys? How much did you have to offer?

@Scott Trench We currently have just north of 150 properties, but fully believe we are capable of doubling in size and beyond. In order to offer the same great service we do now, however, we have to simplify. We handle everything from the rehab to tenant turnover and everything in between and use over 13 software systems to accomplish all tasks. It is a lot. What worked for us in the past may not work for us moving forward.

We are a small team.  3 Admin, 2 property managers, Maintenance Manager, and myself in Biz development. Over the past 5 years, certain softwares have been introduced because of past pain points and we now find ourselves working with too many software systems/tools. We all feel it may be time to re-evaluate, condense, simplify....

That being said, if you are managing 300+ properties as a company, would you be willing to share what your "tool belt" looks like? It may even warrant a phone call. I would love any thoughts you can offer!

 Dealing with more tenants and drama, on top of managing/reeducating owners on expectations as well... Not sure we would make enough for the hassle!
