Looking to start my first flip. Need some advice on how to find these deals other than zillow. Or zillow still a good place to find deals? When you do find a deal how do you guys reach out to the owner. Im located in Auburn Alabama.

For the extra cash flow I would. Plus freeing up your VA loan for the next project outweighs your current interest rate. Also keep in mind you wI'll be refinancing as an owner occupied which is perfect before you move and rent it. You will never get as a good rate on an investment property.

I invested in Auburn, but would love Birmingham, for me its hard to invest somewhere I don't visit regularly or know personally. It being only 2 hours away from Auburn I do feel the need to want to invest in that area as well. Im located in OC, I saw you posted this 2 years ago. Did you ever find a property over there?
