Hello everyone.  I have info to share on this topic.  Property management company Realty Medics is the Property Management arm of Realty Doctors.  I spoke to a representative at Realty Medics who confirmed.  Realty Doctors primarily handle the sales piece of the puzzle.

I am writing this to encourage everyone to please use the web to check out a person or company before signing up. After a recent painful experience of working with a CPA firm and as a result I am now going through the process of vetting and searching for a new one (as well as a self-directed IRA firm) I have found that the web can provide red flags. Sites like Yelp, Taxbuzz.com and google feedback are very insightful. Going with a person based on one or two recommendations are not a good idea as the person that is making the recommendation could have only been working with the company a year. Companies that are doing right by people and taking good care of their customers almost always have positive feedback online but more importantly the ones that are NOT are usually disclosed on the web. Take your time. We all work to hard for our money.

Who in the bigger pocket community has worked with Ruston Properties (Property Management) in the Louisiana market?  I would love to hear about your experience.  Michell Ruston is both a Relator and runs her own property management company.
