I have a SFR under contract in Northeast Ohio. I can purchase with hard money loan- however, I would prefer to do the deal with a private money lender. I have done deals and can provide numbers. Jennifer Ward I would get some references from people who have worked with him in the past. If you’re guy has you questioning yourself about it now, what happens when you cut the check? Just something to think about. Lots of people looking for Private Money. When I work with other investors we are both comfortable and good with the terms.
