Single, I wish I could invest in multi, apartment building are the best but the markets I invest in are not good markets for it.

@Adrian Garza do not invest in California if you don’t have. Million dollars +, if you are looking for cashflow try out of state, I am successfully investing out of state and live in california

@Derrick Craig hey I’m thinking about memphis too, would you say its a neighborhood to neighborhood zones?

There are many neighborhoods that houses averages 150k and then the neighborhood across has houses that are like 50k.

Just trying to get the general idea.

@Nicho Pruett I am not sure about it but, I read somewhere once that a mortgage becomes void after 4 years of no collection/forclusore.

Give it a check.
