I saw Brandon income table on a post that he made on instagram. In the income table he mentioned laundery income,utility income annd storage income. For what is he talking about? Does the tenant pay those or is he talking for other sources of income? Thank you!

Can century21 agent or any other company's agent work with a marketing agency?
Hi everyone! Please read this post until the end and tell me what do you think.
I am Marjo Naci and I am 15 years old. I am starting my own marketing agency and after seeing some results , I want to start investing in real estate (when I'll become 18) .
Here it's when a huge opportunity it's given to me!
One of my neighbour was interviewing the first and only billionaire of my country, who has his own real estate empire. She told him that knows me and I have this mindset. After the interview he told my neighbour that was very intrested to know me!!!!
Can you give me some topics /question that will make him impressed by me and will help on my journey. I have some in my mind but i also want to hear some from you !

I want to start virtual wholesaling and I am 15 years old but I think that I won't make it because of my age. In your case would you be willing to work with a 15 year old wholesaler ?
When I should sign the "Purchase and Sale Agreement" with the seller? What about the "Assignment of Contract" with the buyer? What should I do after I send these two contracts at the title company? What if I don't find a cash buyer? Thank you!
Just to be sure , are these steps to wholesale real estate :
1. Find a deal
2. Sign "Purchase and Sale Agreement " with the seller
3. Find a cash buyer
4. Sign "Assignment of Contract Agreement " with the end buyer
5. Send the "Assignment of Contract Agreement " to Title Company
