How do i find a great deal?

Where can I find a team(Realtor, Property manager, contractor, Lender) that I can trust? How much does it cost to build a team?

What are the steps of finding a great deal in a hot market while you don't have any money down ? 

Is Balkan a rising market? Which are the best places to invest in?

What about making it online? For e.g I find deals at zillow and let the property manager to take care of my rental property and later, when I think it's the time, I sell it . I am thinking like that because I think it would be very expensive to hire a team and I wouldn't make any profit.

I live in a country in balkan where market is not profitable. Houses' prices are 100k or more . Rent is about $300 to $400 and average salary is $800. I want to invest in america market but I don't know how should I start to invest there while I am here .

Balkan isn't like that.You know there aren't as open as americans. Selling candy at public school isn't something for our schools .Even teachers doesn't except that.
